• Progress Reports will be shown only to parents/guardians after each term examination. Reports may be withheld for nonpayment of school dues.
• Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) is followed up to Class X, with periodic tests, projects, and term exams.
• For Classes XI–XII, evaluation follows CBSE’s annual scheme with internal assessments + practicals + theory exams.

Annual Examination (Feb–March) carries weightage as per CBSE guidelines:

• Internal Assessment (20%): periodic tests, portfolio, subject enrichment.
• Board/Final Exam (80%): conducted by CBSE (Class X & XII) or school (other classes).
• Attendance Requirement: Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory to be eligible for examinations.
• Practical Work: Students must complete practicals/projects; otherwise, they will not be permitted to sit for theory papers.
• Absence: No reexamination will be conducted for absentees except under medical emergencies approved by the Principal.
• Unfair Means: Any student found using unfair practices will be expelled from the examination hall, their paper cancelled, and disciplinary action may include suspension or dismissal.

Promotion is based on overall performance across all assessments.

Minimum pass marks:

• LKG & UKG: 50% in each subject.
• Classes I–V: 45% in each subject.
• Classes VI–XII: 40% in each subject (as per CBSE norms).
• Moral Science/Value Education: A clear pass is compulsory.
• Compulsory Exams: All scheduled exams must be taken for promotion consideration.
• Promotion once refused will not be reconsidered.
• Students failing a class may lose fee concessions; repetition of a class is permitted only under exceptional circumstances.
